NATURAL DYE & SHIBORI WORKSHOP

Discover the magic of extracting colour and imprints from plants, and learn how to apply the ancient tie-dyeing technique of Shibori to create intricate patterns to fabrics, paper and clothing.

Shibori Workshop

Join artist and teacher Anne Leon at Rossville Hall to learn some of the secrets to the ancient Japanese tie-dyeing technique of Shibori, and discover the magic of how to extract colour and imprints from the leaves, roots and flowers of plants.

TIME:     9.00 am - 3.00 pm 
DATE:  Thursday 24 and Friday 25 February 2022
PLACE:  Rossville Hall
COST:  $30/ per person, per day for supplies with additional silk scarves available to purchase at the workshops
