EOI E4920 - Management of Nature's Powerhouse

Cook Shire Council invites expressions of interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified Respondents for the management of Nature’s Powerhouse in Cooktown as described in more detail in Part 4 – The Opportunity.

The submission period has been extended and will now close at
2pm on Wednesday 20 January 2021

All EOIs will be shortlisted based on the suitability of the proposed business model for the facility and the ability to achieve Council's preferred outcomes. Shortlisted applicants will then be sent a Request for Tender document to provide a firm offer including additional details regarding insurance coverage, financial management, contract terms etc.
