“J. V. Mulligan Centenary Tour”
Commemorating 100 years since the passing of James Venture Mulligan
J.V. Mulligan Centenary Tour will be held from the 24th - 28th August 2007.
This tour will take in all events being organised in the Tableland and Cooktown Regions.
We want to invite all descendants of the Mulligan family and interested friends of JVM to attend this get together in August, to experience the history of the region that our ancestor Mr Mulligan was instrumental in creating.
There will be events that need to be booked and others that you can just turn up to if you are interested.
From a book launch, to museums and a four wheel drive trek to historic Maytown on the Palmer Goldfields, this is sure to be a holiday to remember.
