Cooktown's Discovery Festival 6th - 8th June 2008
This festival is held annually on the Queen’s Birthday weekend in June.
Events and Actvities for all to enjoy throughout the weekend are outlined in the program below.
One of the most popular drawcards is the re-enactment of the landing of Lt. James Cook and his crew from the damaged bark Endeavour in 1770.
