Recycling

Did you know it takes 10L of water to create one sheet of A4 paper? Why not go paper free, and opt for e-invoices...

Council is committed to reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfill by offering and promoting recycling options at low or no cost to ratepayers.

Recycling suitable waste materials into new products reduces the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduces energy usage, reduces air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from landfilling) by reducing the need for conventional waste disposal methods.
