GOOD GOVERNANCE & GREAT GRANT WRITING SKILLS

The community are invited to attend not just one, but two FREE workshops specifically designed to assist not-for-profit organisations and community groups navigate governance requirements, and secure grant funding.

Are you part of a not-for-profit organisation or a local community group? Would you like to learn more about governance requirement and how to write better grant applications to help secure funding?

Then you're invited to attend not just one, but two FREE workshops being held at Cooktown PCYC.

Attending one, or both of these workshops is a fantastic opportunity to upskill yourself, members of your board, your committee and your team.

Workshop 1 -  Good Governance

Workshop 2 -  Great Grant Writing Skills

Learn about:

  • Budgets and finance
  • Governance requirements
  • Committee/Board members SWOT analysis, roles and responsibilities
  • Compliance for events, activities and activations
  • Event coordination and management
