MOVE IT WITH COUNCILS FREE BOOTCAMP PROGRAM
Get fit, have fun and create healthy habits with FREE fortnightly Bootcamp-style fitness classes taking place in Cooktown and Lakeland.

Cook Shire Council with funding from the North Queensland Sports Foundation (NSQF) is proud to launch the Move It Cook Shire program again in 2022 with FREE, fortnightly fitness sessions commencing Tuesday 15 November in Lakeland and in Cooktown on Wednesday 16 November 2022.
Delivered by Dale Fahey from Open Road Co. the program includes access to fortnightly group fitness sessions and nutrition advice PLUS live online movement classes held three times a week, and a copy of the 12-week Open Road Bodyweight workout eBook.
Session dates and times and below with weekday and weekend sessions available, why not challenge yourself and super-charge your health and wellness goals by attending both sessions, and using the free online classes and the Bodyweight Workouts to keep yourself on track from week to week.
