Sampling Throughout the System: We conduct regular water sampling at intakes, reservoirs, and the reticulation network to ensure adherence to the ADWG standards.

Zonal Monitoring: We perform water quality verification monitoring by routinely testing individual reticulation zones, with monthly reservoir sampling to maintain high-quality standards.

Support Programs: Our comprehensive support programs for drinking water quality verification encompass the following key aspects:

• Water Treatment Plant Oversight: Our water treatment plants and reservoirs are equipped with SCADA alarms that trigger immediate action when critical limits are breached. These facilities operate under strict critical control points to maintain optimal water quality.
• Reservoir Inspections: Regular inspections of our reservoirs are carried out to ensure their integrity. Any potential points of ingress are identified and promptly repaired.
• Network Operations: We implement a flushing program to maintain a chlorine residual level above 0.2 mg/L in our network operations, guaranteeing safe and consistent water quality.
