EOI E4220 - WATERFRONT LEASE (WEBBER ESPLANADE, COOKTOWN)
Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified respondents for a term lease of Lot 3 SP 154666 for Marine Facility purposes, in conjunction with a trustee lease over part of Lot 1 CP 889652, located at Webber Esplanade, Cooktown and as further detailed in the Request for EOI documents.
Submissions close at 2pm on Wednesday 27 January 2021
All documents should be downloaded from the Cook Shire Council Specific Tenders page which can be found at Vendor Panel.
Offers MUST be submitted electronically via Vendor Panel. Should you experience any difficulties and/or require further details, please email mail@cook.qld.gov.au.
All EOIs will be shortlisted based on the suitability of the proposed business model for the facility and the ability to achieve Council's preferred outcomes. Shortlisted applicants will then be sent a Request for Tender document to provide a firm offer including additional details regarding insurance coverage, financial management, contract terms etc.
