Thanks to funding from the North Queensland Sports Foundation (NSQF) Move It Cook Shire is back this February with a number of free yoga classes.

Introduction to Yoga SessionsChoose from one of two sessions designed to give you an introduction to yoga and build your understanding and confidence to join other classes. Learn and try some basic poses and explore various breathing and mindfulness techniques to help calm the mind and body. SESSION 1: Saturday 5 February, 8.30-10.30am |

Teen Yoga Four-week CourseDesigned to help young people befriend their bodies, calm their minds and manage the everyday stress and anxiety of teenage life, this class can also improve flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, and sleep. TIME: 4.15-5.15 pm |
