PUBLIC NOTICE | UPDATE HELEN STREET WATER MAIN UPGRADE
Upgrade works to the water main along Helen Street are progressing

Please be advised that essential works to upgrade the underground water main along Helen Street in Cooktown are progressing towards the IGA in the area indicated by the orange and white line in the image below.
The works are anticipated to impact access to parking bays located in the works area.
It is anticipated that these works will continue until Friday, 23 September 2022 (inclusive).
Traffic management plans and temporary signage are in place where required. Please be conscious of workers in the area, pay attention to signage and drive to conditions.
