Council Tender Notice - T05823 - SALE AND DISPOSAL OF WALL-MOUNTED BREATHALYSERS

Cook Shire Council invites tenders to purchase and take delivery “as is” of two (2) unused wall-mounted breathalysers, located at Council’s Cooktown Depot, as further detailed in the offer document.

Tenders must be lodged at www.vendorpanel.com no later than 2pm on Wednesday 24 April 2024.

Offers MUST be submitted electronically via VendorPanel or directly to tenders@cook.qld.gov.au.  Should you experience any difficulties and/or require further details, please email mail@cook.qld.gov.au.

In accordance with Section 488 Local Government Act 2009, the Council advises that it reserves the right to invite all persons who have submitted a tender to change their tender to take account of a change to the tender specifications.
