REGIONAL AGED CARE SERVICES PROJECT
Cook Shire Council, Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council and Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Shire Council, are inviting the community to have your say by completing an online survey on the future provision of aged care services in the region.
Cook Shire Council, Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council and Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Shire Council, are seeking feedback from their communities about the current and future provisions of aged care services.
The three councils are working together with State government departments to develop a regional aged care services proposal, covering a broad spectrum of needs and types of care required for seniors in our communities, based on feedback from health and care providers
A key step is to find out from senior residents, their family members and carers, as well as the general public, what they think of the services currently available, what improvements are needed, and whether the idea of a regional model would be supported.
The Regional Aged Care Project Survey is anonymous, accessible online and will only take a few minutes to complete.
The more feedback we have from communities within the three councils, the more likely we will be able to collaborate towards addressing community concerns to enhance the future provision of aged care services.
Your feedback is valued and appreciated and all responses are submitted anonymously.
Have your say. Take the online survey now.
