PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT | MANDATORY MASK WEARING
The Queensland Government announced today mandatory mask requirements across all of Queensland.

Council facilities impacted by this direction include Council Libraries, Nature’s Power House Gallery, and the Administration Office. Members of the public entering the Library and Nature’s Power House will be required to wear a mask. Council Administration building will not be open for walk-in service, but will be providing contactless services via phone and email from Tuesday 30 March until 5 pm Thursday 1 April. Our customer service staff will still be on hand to assist you during this so time so if you have an enquiry about Council services, or would like to arrange a payment please call 4082 0500 during office hours, or email mail@cook.gov.qld.au and one of our team will get back to you as soon as they can.
