PUBLIC NOTICE | TEMPORARY CLOSURE AYTON/BLOOMFIELD BOAT RAMP
We have been advised by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) that upgrade works to the Ayton/Bloomfield boat ramp will commence soon. This will include a temporary closure of the boat ramp from 13 September 2022.
26 August 2022 - 12:12PM
It is expected the contractor will mobilise to site in the first week of September and the boat ramp will be closed from 13 September 2022 until practical completion.
The improvements include a realignment of the ramp to have the end of the ramp in deeper water and a floating pontoon.
Pending favourable conditions, these works are currently anticipated to be completed in mid-October 2022.
For more information about this project please contact TMR via the www.QLDTraffic.qld.gov.au website or 13 19 40 Information services.
