TAKE-HOME RAT TEST AVAILABLE FROM COUNCIL
Complimentary RAT tests from Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service are now available to collect from the Main Administration Building in Cooktown.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
If you are feeling unwell or displaying any signs and symptoms of COVID-19, please report directly to the Cooktown Multipurpose Health Service for testing.
If you test positive...
1. REPORT YOUR RAT
Please report your positive RAT test by calling the Public Health team on 0438755738 or at www.qld.gov.au/rat-positive
2. ISOLATE
You must isolate for 7 days, and until you no longer have symptoms
3. LET YOUR HOUSEHOLD CONTACTS KNOW TO DO A TEST
If you test positive at a health facility, you will be provided enough RAT tests for your household contacts to test on days 0, 2, 4 and 6
