Following intersections will be upgraded/treated as a part of this upgrade project:
- Charlotte Street and Hogg Street (Northern side)
- Charlotte Street and Walker Street

- Charlotte Street and Adelaide Street
- Charlotte Street and Green Street
The proposed treatment will include construction of kerb outstands, traffic median islands, kerb ramps where required and appropriate traffic signage and line markings. The current vs proposed intersection treatments design are indicated in the images below.
Impact to residents and business owners
With works scheduled to commence from the week commencing Monday 9 May, there will be a traffic management plan in place, with limited vehicular access and pedestrian pathway diversions during the construction period. Impacted residents and businesses have been duly informed.
Please be aware of workers in the area, pay attention to any signage, and drive to conditions.
We thank you for your understanding as we work to improve and enhance the safety of our community and apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
