REASONS FOR THE DECISION
Cook Shire Council approved in full with conditions the application as it complied with the applicable assessment benchmarks. In particular:
- An assessment was made against the applicable assessment benchmarks and the proposed development demonstrated compliance.

The proposed development involves the division of the site into five (5) leasehold lots (Lease B to Lease F) to formalise separate lease agreements over the existing dwellings for the purposes of public housing.

It is not considered that the proposed development will have any adverse impacts on adjoining property or areas of ecological significance, nor cause any detriment to the amenity of the surrounding locality.
