Water and Waste Water Customer Service Standards

Cook Shire Council's Water and Waste Water Customer Service Standards is a document to inform ratepayers and customers of Cook Shire Council of the levels of service they can expect from the water supply and sewerage reticulation systems in the Shire.

The Customer Service Standard is a number of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the supply of water and sewerage services to towns in the Cook Shire.

Issues addressed in the document include:

  • Day-to-day continuity of your water supply and sewage treatment,
  • Adequacy and quality of the water supply, and
  • Effectiveness of sewage treatment.
