Notice is hereby given under section 100 of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995, that the above mentioned vehicles are suspected by Cook Shire Council of being abandoned.

If these vehicles remain unclaimed after one (1) month from Thursday, October 6 2016, Council proposes to dispose of said vehicles in accordance with the provision of the said Act.
