PROJECT OVERVIEW |
The project included collaboration with the school and the bus service provider to design and deliver the following works:

PROJECT PURPOSE | In response to community feedback, Council secured funding from the Queensland Government through the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) School Transport Infrastructure Program (STIP) to upgrade the school car park and the north side of Charles Street, improving safety, functionality and visibility in the area, especially during busy school pick-up and drop-periods. |
IMPACT OF WORKS | Traffic interruptions, limited/restricted access for general traffic during the construction period, traffic management plan and control measures will be in place |
