Please be advised that in order to enhance security and service quality, Cook Shire Council will be undertaking an essential upgrade to our IT system,

Please be advised that in order to enhance security and service quality, Cook Shire Council will be undertaking an essential upgrade to our IT systems on the following dates:

5 PM WEDNESDAY 27 OCTOBER 2021
until
5 PM FRIDAY 29 OCTOBER 2021

During this time, we will be unable to process any payments, electronic services, or applications.

It is anticipated that full services will be restored on Monday 1 November 2021.

The upgrade will help future-proof Council systems, improve functionality, security and facilitate enhanced online services to customer experience.
