Cook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified Forepersons to lead, administer and manage construction crew in the area of road reconstruction under DRFA funded projects throughout the Cook Shire as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.
The initial Term of this ROPS is two (2) years with the option to extend for a further twelve (12) months. In addition, Council may release a REFRESH of the tender during the term of the arrangement.

Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
