Structure

Led by the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership team, Council is comprised of five divisions:

    • Office of the CEO – Steering our strategic vision and leadership
    • Growth and Liveability – Shaping the future of our region
    • Corporate Services – Driving quality, accountability and compliance
    • Infrastructure Services – Delivering facilities, services and amenities that support our community
    • People and Performance – Fostering talent and driving excellence in service delivery and safety
The Mayor, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Manager and Directors form the Executive Leadership Team. The role of the Executive Leadership Team is to provide consultation on issues regarding Council’s strategic direction and long term planning.
