Cook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for appointment as a pre-qualified supplier of hire of plant and equipment (wet and dry) and crew hire by contract as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.
The initial Term of this ROPS is two (2) years with the option to extend for a further twelve (12) months. In addition, Council may release a REFRESH of the tender during the term of the arrangement.
The tender is offered in three (3) parts as detailed below:
· PART A – Plant Hire (Wet and Dry)
· PART B – Crew Hire; and
· PART C – Personnel
Respondents may submit offers for one or more parts but need not respond to all.

Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
