Cook Shire Council advises that the Cooktown Swimming Pool will be closed from 1:00pm today due to severe weather conditions.
This pool has been closed to ensure the safety of patrons and staff. It will remain closed until weather conditions improve and it is safe to reopen.
Further updates will be provided on Council’s website and social media channels as information becomes available.
