Seven Seas Navigator to visit Cooktown

Cooktown is set to welcome passengers and crew from the Seven Seas Navigator cruise ship on Friday 16 January 2026, weather permitting.

The ship has 496 passengers and 365 crew on board, with the first tender scheduled to arrive at the Cooktown Wharf at 12pm, bringing visitors ashore. Passengers will have the opportunity to explore Cooktown, learn about the town’s rich history, and experience its unique culture, local attractions and hospitality.

The community is advised that passenger disembarkation will take place at the Cooktown Wharf. Residents and motorists are asked to take extra care when travelling in the area and to be mindful of increased pedestrian activity throughout the afternoon.
