Cook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.
The initial Term of this ROPS is two (2) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) extensions of twelve (12) months each. In addition, Council may release a REFRESH of the tender during the term of the arrangement.

Tenders must be lodged here by no later than 2pm on Wednesday 11 March 2026.
Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
