Cook Shire Council wishes to inform residents and visitors of the operating hours for Council offices and facilities during the upcoming Easter long weekend.
A number of Council offices, depots, and facilities will be closed from Friday, 3 April 2026 (Good Friday) through Monday, 6 April 2026 (Easter Monday). Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, 7 April 2026.

All stations will run according to their usual schedule over the weekend
COOK SHIRE LIBRARIES

COOKTOWN SWIMMING POOL

OPEN: 1pm – 6pm Saturday and Sunday
