Drum Beat - Free Workshop Series
Learn and experience tribal drumming techniques, tell stories and build resilience through rhythm, connection and music.
Fun and interactive, group drumming has been known to be incredibly beneficial towards:
- Increasing emotional control
- Improving self-esteem
- Increasing sense of connection and belonging
All ages are welcome and absolutely no experience is necessary, simply come along and join us we drum together as one.
Every Saturday for 4 weeks
10:30am to 1pm
