Special Meeting of Council

Under section 258 of the Local Government Regulation 2012, the community is being advised of a Special Meeting of Council to be held at 9.00am on Tuesday 29 October 2024 at Council’s Main Administration Building located at 10 Furneaux Street, Cooktown.

Business to be conducted will be:

• Adoption of Cook Shire Council’s Financial Statements for the 2023/2024 Financial Year;
• Application for a Development Permit DA/4609 – Reconfiguration of a Lot (1 into 14 Lots) Lot 216 SP137304 – 1843 Mulligan Highway Cooktown.
