We’re looking for passionate community members to join our Festival Family where you will share your fresh ideas and contribute towards the programming of the 2025 Cooktown Discovery Festival!
We’re inviting community members to apply to join our Festival Family—a passionate group working closely with our Events team to bring fresh ideas and community spirit to next year’s Discovery Festival!
As a member of our Festival Family, you’ll have the chance to help shape the festival program, contribute new ideas, and even volunteer your time before, during, and after the event. This is a volunteer (unpaid) opportunity for anyone looking to be hands-on in creating a memorable festival for all!
As a member of our Festival Family you will be required to:
- Share your ideas and suggestions
- Attend the Festival Family Workshop on Saturday 30 November 2024
- Be willing to volunteer your time
To get involved simply fill out the online Expression of Interest.
Please note:
- Applications must close at 5 PM on Monday 25 November.
- Successful applicants will be notified on 26 November 2024.
- Successful applicants must be available to attend the workshop on Saturday 30 November.
