Cook Shire Council wants to hear from you! The 2025 Community Scorecard is now open, giving residents and ratepayers the chance to provide feedback on Council services, facilities, and priorities.
This independent study will help shape future planning and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our growing community. The survey is completely anonymous, allowing residents to share their thoughts openly and honestly.
How to Participate:
· If you receive your rates notice via email or subscribe to the Community Connect newsletter, check your inbox! You may have already received your survey link.
· From 10 March, hard copies will be available at:
o All Cook Shire Libraries
o Main Administration Building
o Cooktown Swimming Pool
o Cooktown Events Centre
· Residents with post office boxes will also receive a printed survey, complete with a reply-paid envelope for easy return.
· The survey closes on 28 March 2025.
Who Can Participate?
All Cook Shire residents and ratepayers aged 14 and over are encouraged to complete the survey and share their thoughts.
Your feedback will help shape our strategic planning, advocate for funding, and ensure Council delivers services that reflect community needs.
