The auction will take place at Cook Shire Council’s Waster Transfer Station MacMillan St Cooktown on Monday 23 February 2026. Vehicles can be viewed from 9am, auction commences at 9.15am sharp.

Vehicles impounded pursuant to Section 100(6) of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995. Council offers no warranties and accepts no responsibility for the condition of the vehicles. Council reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle advertised before the auction.
