Residents of Lakeland are invited to join a Community Consultation Day at the Lakeland Library on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
This is a great opportunity for locals to share their thoughts, ideas, and priorities following Tropical Cyclone Jasper and the recent bushfires. The session aims to gather community feedback to help guide future initiatives, support services, and recovery efforts.
The consultation is open to everyone, and no bookings are required. Whether you have ideas for improving community resilience or suggestions for local projects, your input matters.
Council representatives will be on hand to listen, answer questions, and discuss opportunities for community-led initiatives. Residents are encouraged to drop in at any time during the session.
