Due to unforseen circumstances, Cook Shire Council advises the Lakeland community and visitors that the Lakeland Waste Transfer Station will be closed today.
Council is working to minimise disruption and will provide an update as soon as the facility is able to reopen.
We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate the community’s patience and understanding. Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly and, where possible, hold waste until the facility reopens.
