Coen community invited to roll up their sleeves at working bee

The Coen community is invited to come together for a hands-on morning at the Coen Community Garden, with a Working Bee set to take place on Friday, 1 May 2026.

Running from 8:30am to 10:30am, the event offers locals the opportunity to lend a hand in maintaining and improving the much-loved community space.

Whether you’re an experienced gardener or simply keen to get involved, all members of the community are encouraged to attend. Tasks on the day will focus on general garden upkeep, helping to ensure the space continues to thrive for everyone to enjoy.

Cold refreshments will be provided for volunteers.

This is a great chance to meet neighbours, support a valued local space, and contribute to the wellbeing of the Coen community.
