Nature’s Powerhouse Café is serving up a unique celebration of culture, flavour, and local ingredients this National Reconciliation Week, with a limited-edition menu inspired by native Australian bush foods.
Available from Wednesday 27 May until 3 June (or until sold out), the special menu showcases a delicious fusion of fresh local produce and traditional bush flavours, offering locals and visitors the chance to experience something uniquely Australian.
The special menu includes:
- Roo Burger with sweet and spicy bush tomato and pineapple chutney, served with fries – $22
- Crocodile Spring Rolls (3) served with a spicy chilli, lemon myrtle and tamarind sauce – $21
- Lemon Myrtle Wild-Caught Barramundi and Chips with zesty bush lemon tartare sauce – $24
These specially crafted dishes highlight native ingredients such as lemon myrtle, bush tomato and bush lemon, celebrating the rich culinary traditions and knowledge of First Nations peoples.
