Dress to impress and celebrate NAIDOC Week 2026 at the Cooktown NAIDOC Ball.

Open to everyone aged 16 years and over, this community event promises to bring people together for an evening of celebration, connection and culture as we recognise 50 Years of Deadly.

Enjoy a delicious three-course meal, dance the night away to great music and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture with friends, family and community.

There will be plenty of prizes throughout the evening, including Best Dressed Male, Best Dressed Female, Deadliest Dancer and Deadliest Shake a Leg.

Everyone over the age of 16 is encouraged to come together to celebrate culture, community pride and the next generation of leaders.
