Looking for a simple, affordable way to stay active? Join our Sweat Sessions at the Cooktown Events Centre—fun, inclusive group fitness classes designed for all ages and abilities.

These sessions combine a mix of strength, cardio, and functional exercises, with options to suit beginners through to more experienced participants. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or maintaining your routine, you’ll be supported to move at your own pace in a welcoming group environment.

When: Mondays and Thursdays
Time: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Where: Cooktown Events Centre

Cost:

  • $10 casual
  • $8 concession
  • $80 for a 10-class pass

No bookings required—just turn up on the day with a towel and water bottle and get ready to move.
