Tell us: How do you Library and WIN!

Cook Shire Libraries are inviting the community to share their thoughts and ideas as part of Love Your Library Month this February. Whether you’re a regular visitor, an occasional browser, or someone who hasn’t yet explored all that the library has to offer, this is your chance to have a say and help shape the future of library services in Cook Shire.

The How Do You Library? survey aims to gather valuable insights from the community about how people use the library, what services they love, and what improvements or new programs they’d like to see. From borrowing books and attending events to using digital resources and technology, libraries play a vital role in the community, and your feedback will help guide future offerings.

Library Services Team Leader Gail Anning said community feedback is essential.
“Libraries are evolving spaces, offering much more than just books. We want to ensure our services reflect the needs and interests of our community. Whether it’s new programs, better access to technology, or different opening hours, your input will help us make improvements that matter to you.”

As a bonus, those who complete the survey will go into the draw to win a book pack, making it even more rewarding to share your thoughts.

How to Participate:
Completing the survey is quick and easy. Simply follow the link to take the survey. It should only take you 3 minutes. Alternatively, paper copies are available at your local library. The survey is open until 30 June 2025.

Love Your Library Month is all about celebrating the many ways people connect with their local library. From storytime sessions and book clubs to craft workshops and free public Wi-Fi, there’s something for everyone. Now, it’s your turn to tell us how YOU library!
