Cook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.
The initial Term of this Register of pre-qualified suppliers (ROPS) is two (2) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) extensions of twelve (12) months each.

Tenders must be lodged at HERE by no later than 2 pm on Wednesday 9 September 2026.
Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
