Not a gym member? No worries! These classes are available to everyone at the same price of $10 per session. So just turn up, pay your $10, and join the fun.

(High Intensity Inverval Training)

Thursdays: X-Train
(Cross training functional fitness)
Strength, endurance, and movement – all in one session.
X-Training offers a circuit-style, functional training workout using bodyweight and equipment to improve strength, stability, and overall performance. It’s high-energy, full-body, and perfect for building balanced fitness.
Ideal for: Those wanting to improve strength, balance, mobility, and general fitness
