Cook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and licensed tenderers for the construction of a new ablution block, covered access pathway, ramp and carpark works at the Shire Hall, Cooktown, as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.

Tenders must be lodged here or tenders@cook.qld.gov.au by no later than 2pm on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
