Driving sustainable growth in Lakeland, this Queensland Government–funded project is delivering the detailed design of essential water and sewer infrastructure to support future housing development and strengthen long-term community liveability.

This includes the following scope:
- Preliminary scoping.
- Detailed survey
- Geotechnical investigations
- Water and sewer modelling
- Flood modelling
- Ecological and cultural heritage surveys
- Detailed design of trunk infrastructure
- Water Treatment Plant (including raw and treated water storage)
- Trunk water pipeline infrastructure
- Sewerage Treatment Plant (including effluent disposal)
- Sewerage conveyance.
This project is funded under the Queensland Government’s Residential Activation Fund (Round 1)

Yes, ongoing charges are expected and would appear on rates notices.

Where will the infrastructure be located?
